One key aspect of our business is that, in addition to our team of experts based in our office in Belgrade (in-house team), we also have a network of external collaborators spread throughout Serbia, which complements our services and expertise with local experience and knowledge, and for whose business we of course assume full responsibility, ensuring this through rigid business procedures.

We have the largest network of collaborators in the domestic market, consisting of 15 experts from various fields, all adequately educated and licensed for the services we provide. Some collaborators specialize in property valuation, while others focus on lender’s supervision, and there are those who are experts in both areas.
Our "in-house" team consists of highly educated engineers and economists, licensed appraisers. One of our team members holds an RICS RV license. All appraisals and related services are conducted in accordance with National, IVS, and RICS standards.
Through our network of collaborators, OAC Property Services covers the entire territory of the Republic of Serbia. With local experience and market knowledge, we provide a higher quality and faster service regardless of where the property is in Serbia.
Aleksandar Stojiljković
General manager
Before joining the company, he worked for many years in the construction industry as a construction manager and project manager on several buildings in Belgrade and Zlatibor. He joined the company in 2006, and since 2008 he has held the position of Head of the Appraisal department. Since the middle of 2019, he has been the general director of the company. He is a registered RICS appraiser and a licensed appraiser in Serbia. Active from the very beginning and one of the founders of the Association of Appraisers of Serbia, first as a member of the expert committee and lecturer, later as the president of the association in two terms and currently as the board member.
Ivica Cvetanović
Head of Appraisal
He started his professional career in 2000 as a construction manager and later as a construction director on a number of commercial and residential buildings in the country. Engaged in the company since 2008, first in the positions of appraiser, reviewer of appraisals and team manager for lender’s supervision of buildings under construction, and since 2019 in the position of head of the appraisal department. He is a licensed appraiser in Serbia, and he also holds a license as an court expert in civil engineering. Also active in the Society of Appraisers of Serbia as the member of the disciplinary committee.
Dušan Stanojević
Senior Appraiser
He joined the company after graduating from the Faculty of Architecture in 2012. He worked his way up from trainee appraiser to the position of chief appraiser and team leader for the lender’s supervision of buildings under construction from mid-2019. Dušan has extensive experience in the valuation of real estate as well as the review of reports of our external collaborators, especially in the identification of real estate and the legal and technical aspects of real estate in domestic legislation. He is also active in the Society of Appraisers of Serbia as the president of the expert committee.
Jovan Milin
Appraiser
He started his career in 1999 as a technical person on the construction site and construction supervision assistant. After a number of years working on the construction of buildings in the country, he joined the company in 2006 as an external associate/trainee, where he gained the necessary experience in real estate valuations. Since 2018, he has had an appraiser's license in Serbia, and since mid-2019 he has been a member of the company's "in-house" team of appraisers. He has extensive experience in commercial real estate valuations, especially industrial and specialized real estate, as well as in the identification of the most complex real estate.
Sonja Greber
Appraiser
Graduated in economics, in the company since its foundation in 2005, she works as an appraiser and reviewer of the appraisals made by our collaborators. Sonja has extensive experience in valuations primarily of residential but also other types of real estate. She holds an appraiser's license in Serbia, as well as an economic and financial court expert's license.
Nemanja Crnčević
Chief Technical administrator
He has been with the company since its foundation in 2005. He first held the position of technical administrator and later progressed to the position of chief technical administrator. In addition to administering the regular work of the evaluation department and the organization of external collaborators, he is also responsible for the development and implementation of software solutions in the company's operations.
Radmila Čemerlić
Technical Administrator
In the company since 2007, in the position of assistant in the agency department, after which she moved to the appraisal department in 2011, where she works as a technical administrator, until today. Radmila is especially responsible for organizing the work of external collaborators as well as for communication with clients.
Jasmina Stefanović
Technical Administrator
Team member since 2012. she is in charge of administrative, accounting and bookkeeping tasks. Thanks to her organizational skills, Jasmina is also in charge of collecting and processing data important for the company's operations.
Aleksandar Šikanja
Appraiser without a license
He joined the company after graduating from the Faculty of Transportation at the end of 2020 and has been dealing with real estate valuations since the beginning. For the first 6 months, he worked as a technical administrator to gradually progress through the identification of real estate and the preparation of part of the report up to the trainee appraiser.
Vanja Stefanović
Appraiser without a license
He will join the company at the end of 2021, after completing the high school of vocational studies in Belgrade and short-term experience and practice in the profession. From the very beginning, he has been involved in real estate valuations, first as a technical person for identifying real estate and preparing part of the report, and then progressing to the current position of appraiser trainee (appraiser without a license).
