OAC Property Services has the unique knowledge and experience to provide a unified Lender\u2019s supervision and Appraisal service to financial institutions and investors.<\/p>\n

Regardless of whether it is a Preliminary Report, in the stage of preparation of lending, or a \"Zero\" report when lending is already certain, or a Monitoring report during the financing and construction of facilities, our expert team processes a series of information\u2019s and parameters important both for the evaluation of the market value and for the review and monitoring of the investment necessary for the construction of the facility.<\/p>\n

In the stage of credit preparation, and during the preparation of the \"Zero\" report, we actively participate in determining the project budget with the Investor and the Financier, since the budget of each project is directly related to the market value and therefore to the profitability of the project.<\/p>\n

By actively participating from the preparation of the project, through the implementation to the completion of the project, we accept part of the responsibility for the success of the project, which is best reflected in the task of Lender\u2019s supervision, which we defined as follows:<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Our main task is to ensure that the project is completed within the planned period, for the planned funds and in the planned quality.<\/h3>\n

On each project, our team is composed of three groups of engineers: construction\/architectural, electrical and mechanical. The team always has at least one person with a real estate appraiser's license.<\/p>\n

In the past 10 years, we have participated in projects of various types of real estate, from residential buildings in exclusive locations where the investment value ranged from \u20ac3 to \u20ac5 million, through larger residential and commercial buildings with an investment value between \u20ac5 and \u20ac50 million, all the way to commercial facilities and shopping centers where we were entrusted with the supervision and control of investments worth over \u20ac100 million.<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
