One key aspect of our business is that, in addition to our team of experts based in our office in Belgrade (in-house team), we also have a network of external collaborators spread throughout Serbia, which complements our services and expertise with local experience and knowledge, and for whose business we of course assume full responsibility, ensuring this through rigid business procedures.<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n

We have the largest network of collaborators in the domestic market, consisting of 15 experts from various fields, all adequately educated and licensed for the services we provide. Some collaborators specialize in property valuation, while others focus on lender\u2019s supervision, and there are those who are experts in both areas.<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n

Our \"in-house\" team consists of highly educated engineers and economists, licensed appraisers. One of our team members holds an RICS RV license. All appraisals and related services are conducted in accordance with National, IVS, and RICS standards.<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n

Aleksandar Stojiljkovi\u0107<\/h4>
General manager<\/div>

Before joining the company, he worked for many years in the construction industry as a construction manager and project manager on several buildings in Belgrade and Zlatibor. He joined the company in 2006, and since 2008 he has held the position of Head of the Appraisal department. Since the middle of 2019, he has been the general director of the company. He is a registered RICS appraiser and a licensed appraiser in Serbia. Active from the very beginning and one of the founders of the Association of Appraisers of Serbia, first as a member of the expert committee and lecturer, later as the president of the association in two terms and currently as the board member.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

He started his professional career in 2000 as a construction manager and later as a construction director on a number of commercial and residential buildings in the country. Engaged in the company since 2008, first in the positions of appraiser, reviewer of appraisals and team manager for lender\u2019s supervision of buildings under construction, and since 2019 in the position of head of the appraisal department. He is a licensed appraiser in Serbia, and he also holds a license as an court expert in civil engineering. Also active in the Society of Appraisers of Serbia as the member of the disciplinary committee.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

U kompaniju do\u0161ao nakon zavr\u0161enog arhitektonskog fakulteta 2012. godine. Pro\u0161ao je put od procenitelja pripravnika pa do pozicije glavnog procenitelja i rukovodioca tima za super nadzor objekata u izgradnji od sredine 2019. godine. Du\u0161an poseduje opse\u017eno iskustvo u proceni vrednosti nepokretnosti kao i reviziji izve\u0161taja kolega spoljnih saradnika, a posebno u identifikaciji nepokretnosti i pravno tehni\u010dkom aspektu nekretnina u doma\u0107em zakonodavstvu.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

Appraiser<\/div>

He started his career in 1999 as a technical person on the construction site and construction supervision assistant. After a number of years working on the construction of buildings in the country, he joined the company in 2006 as an external associate\/trainee, where he gained the necessary experience in real estate valuations. Since 2018, he has had an appraiser's license in Serbia, and since mid-2019 he has been a member of the company's \"in-house\" team of appraisers. He has extensive experience in commercial real estate valuations, especially industrial and specialized real estate, as well as in the identification of the most complex real estate.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

Chief Technical administrator<\/div>

He has been with the company since its foundation in 2005. He first held the position of technical administrator and later progressed to the position of chief technical administrator. In addition to administering the regular work of the evaluation department and the organization of external collaborators, he is also responsible for the development and implementation of software solutions in the company's operations.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

Technical Administrator<\/div>

In the company since 2007, in the position of assistant in the agency department, after which she moved to the appraisal department in 2011, where she works as a technical administrator, until today. Radmila is especially responsible for organizing the work of external collaborators as well as for communication with clients.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

He joined the company after graduating from the Faculty of Transportation at the end of 2020 and has been dealing with real estate valuations since the beginning. For the first 6 months, he worked as a technical administrator to gradually progress through the identification of real estate and the preparation of part of the report up to the trainee appraiser.<\/p><\/div><\/div>
